No engineering jargon, no "revolutionary new experience" — just what shipped and why you'd
notice. Frame is on TestFlight, moving fast; this is the real changelog, in plain language.

Five builds shipped today
All five releases below went out in one focused day of work — not five separate weeks. The
dates read the same because that's honestly when they shipped.
RELEASE 071 — FIELD ISSUE
Added a daily BJJ quote to Home, so there's something worth reading the moment you open the
app. Hit a new belt and you get one picked for the promotion. And if you want to read back
through all of them, they're browsable from Profile.
RELEASE 070 — FIELD ISSUE
Added Academy Rules — your gym's own rules, shown right in the app instead of living only on
a wall poster or a WhatsApp pin. New members now get a final onboarding step written for
their specific gym, not a generic one.
RELEASE 069 — FIELD ISSUE
Cut the mat timer — it wasn't earning its place for this pilot. Review cadence and reminders
moved out of the main menu into their own row, so they're there when you want them and out of
the way when you don't. Merged Syllabus into Explore, so there's one catalogue instead of two
that overlapped. Rating a session now uses stars instead of circles, in their own rating
yellow. And the Move Library grew a new lapel-guard family — worm guard and squid guard are
both in there now.
RELEASE 068 — FIELD ISSUE
Onboarding now ends with an actual monthly goal, not just your belt, style and focus area. It
gives Frame something concrete to hold you to from day one, instead of waiting for you to set
one yourself.
RELEASE 067 — FIELD ISSUE
Loading demo data now drops you into a real, populated gym — full roster, real-looking
history — instead of an empty shell. The onboarding preview got the same fix, so a first look
at Frame actually looks like a gym mid-term, not a blank slate.
