Privacy Policy

Your training history is yours. Frame keeps it on your device and in your own private iCloud, never sells it, and runs its voice and AI features on your phone — not on our servers. We don't have a server that stores your data, and there is no advertising or third-party tracking in the app.

The short version

Where your logs live

Frame is offline-first. Every session, technique and recall attempt is written to your device the moment you record it. If you're signed in to iCloud, that data syncs privately across your own devices using Apple's CloudKit private database — which only you can access. Frame does not operate a server that receives or stores your training data, and your logs are never pooled into a shared database, sold, or handed to advertisers.

Voice logging

When you log a session by talking, two things happen and both stay on your phone. The audio is transcribed on your device using Apple's on-device speech recognition, so the recording itself never leaves your phone. The transcript is then turned into a structured session on your device too — using Apple Intelligence where your hardware supports it, and a built-in offline parser otherwise. Nothing is sent to Frame to do this, which is why voice logging works in a basement gym with no signal. We ask for microphone and speech-recognition permission only for this feature; you can decline and type instead.

Sign in with Apple

Signing in is optional and uses Sign in with Apple. We use it only to identify your account on your own devices. If you choose Apple's Hide My Email, we only ever see a private relay address, never your real one. We don't build an advertising or marketing profile from it, and — because there is no Frame server — your Apple identity isn't transmitted to or stored by us.

Payments

There aren't any. Frame is free, with no in-app purchases, no subscriptions and no adverts, so there is no payment data for us to see, store or lose — Frame never handles your card or payment details in any form.

Crash and diagnostic reports

If Frame crashes, it can prepare a technical report on your device using Apple's diagnostics, and show it to you inside the app. Nothing is sent automatically. If you choose to email a report to us to help fix a bug, that's entirely your decision — you're sending it, we're not collecting it.

Analytics and tracking

Frame contains no third-party analytics, no advertising SDKs, and no cross-app or cross-site tracking. We do not use the advertising identifier (IDFA) and we do not track you. This website carries no analytics scripts, ad tags, or cookie trackers either.

Export and deletion

You can export your entire training history — JSON or CSV — from Profile at any time. Deleting a session removes it from your device and your private iCloud sync. Deleting the app removes its local data; to also clear the synced copy, remove Frame's data from iCloud in iOS Settings (Apple ID → iCloud → Manage Account Storage).

Children

Frame is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them. Because Frame doesn't collect data on a server at all, no personal information about anyone — child or adult — is gathered by us.

Changes to this policy

If we change how Frame handles data — for example, if we ever introduce an optional feature that sends data off your device — we will update this page and change the date at the top before that feature ships. Continued use after a change means you accept the updated policy.

Who we are

Frame is made and published by cybercyber ltd, a company registered in England and Wales — the data controller for the purposes of UK GDPR. In practice there is very little for a controller to control: as described above, your training data stays on your device and in your own private iCloud, and we don't receive it.
