Please don't move or rename these files without updating both store listings first.

Email hello@cybercyber.ai and a human reads it — usually within a couple of days. Include your iOS or Android version and what you were doing when it happened; it makes the fix faster. If Frame crashed, it can prepare a report you can attach from the banner it shows.
Common questions
Where is my data? Training saves locally. Supported iOS installations also use private iCloud sync. Signed-in Android users use Frame’s account-scoped backup and sync service; coaches do not gain access to private journal records. Local-only data may be lost if the device is lost or reset. Export from Profile and read the privacy policy for the full data paths.
Does voice logging need signal? On iOS, no — transcription and understanding both run on your phone by default, so it works in a basement gym with no bars. Android voice logging uses supported on-device speech recognition; availability depends on your device and speech service. Manual logging stays available.
I lost my logs after reinstalling. On iOS, sign in to the same iCloud account and give it a moment to sync down. On Android, sign in to the same Frame account if you previously enabled account sync. Local-only records cannot be restored from Frame’s server. If something's missing that shouldn't be, email us before deleting anything.
What does it cost? Personal Free is free. Academy and optional Personal Plus have separate prices; see below.
How do I get the app? Download from the App Store or Google Play. Independent Personal access is being prepared for the next release; existing store builds may still ask for your academy code. See Get Frame for current availability.
Price
Personal Free remains available. Personal Plus is an optional store subscription when available; see current prices and availability. Academy is a separate paid offer, £79/month including applicable tax for one location and up to 150 enrolled adult members. Existing written agreements retain their own prices and terms; no subscription changes automatically. Manage Personal cancellation through your Apple or Google account and Academy billing through Frame Studio. Deleting the app, leaving an academy or deleting an account does not cancel a store subscription.
