Email hello@cybercyber.ai and a human reads it — usually within a couple of days. Include your iOS version and what you were doing when it happened; it makes the fix faster. If Frame crashed, it can prepare a report you can attach from the banner it shows.

Common questions

Where is my data? On your device, syncing privately through your own iCloud. There's no Frame server holding it. Export the lot — JSON or CSV — from Profile any time.

Does voice logging need signal? No. Transcription and understanding both run on your phone, so it works in a basement gym with no bars.

I lost my logs after reinstalling. Sign in to the same iCloud account and give it a moment to sync down. If they don't return, email us before deleting anything.

Frame is free — no in-app purchases, no subscriptions, no adverts, nothing to cancel. Advanced features are planned to arrive with Granite, a separate app; Frame's core stays free.
