£79 is the monthly subscription price; six weeks is the evaluation window. The pilot agreement explains charge dates and cancellation. Submitting an enquiry does not start a subscription.

Core includes curriculum, class notes, student check-ins and coach follow-up for one location and up to 150 enrolled adults. Standard setup materials are included; any additional assistance is scoped before payment.
Do we have to replace our gym software?
No. Keep your booking and billing tools. Frame adds this teaching and practice workflow; compare it with the tools you already have.
Can coaches see private journal notes?
No. Membership does not expose private journal entries. Questions, check-ins and messages students choose to share are visible to their intended audience.
Is Personal Plus included?
No. Personal Free works independently. Plus is a separate optional store subscription when available.
How does cancellation work?
The agreement states billing dates and cancellation before purchase. Once configured, manage an Academy subscription in Frame Studio. Existing agreements keep their terms unless a change is explicitly agreed.
Does Frame measure attendance or guarantee retention?
App activity is not gym attendance. We evaluate use of the learning workflow and coach effort; no reduction in gym dropout is promised.
