Keep one useful detail from class. Bring it back to your next two training visits. Find out whether it helps you choose what to practise.

Use your normal training.
Choose a position or problem you already work on with your coach. Use details you have been taught; this exercise does not add rounds or replace instruction.
Bring a focus to class.
Before your next visit, reopen your saved detail. During normal training, notice when it is relevant. Afterwards, add what you noticed or want clarified.
Prompt: “What happened when this came up?”
Keep, change or ask.
Revisit the detail before your third visit. Afterwards, choose one thing to keep working on, one change, or one question for your coach.
Prompt: “What will I take into my next class?”
Three sessions means three actual training visits, at your normal pace. This is an exercise to try, not a promise of faster progress.

Try it with five willing students.
Choose one cue from your existing adult class. Share this page, then ask students to revisit that cue across their next two visits. They can use Personal Free independently.
Afterwards, ask what was useful and whether they would repeat the routine. Private journals stay private; students choose what to discuss.
